Hi! I will cross a fair part of the country from California to Wisconsin in early August. I plan to do it in 3 days, from August 1st to the 3rd. Unfortunately, I am not flexible on the dates
Journey plan:
day 1: Santa Cruz, CA --> Salt Lake City, UT
day 2 : SLC, UT --> North Platte, NE
day 3: North Platte, NE --> Madison, WI
Each day, I plan to start driving around 6:30 a.m. and stop around 7-8 p.m.
I plan to stay in a motel for the two nights, so please consider this when making your plans.
I can pick up/drop off close to those cities: San José, Sacramento, Reno, Elko, Cheyenne, Omaha, and Des Moines, or all other localities on the road. I have a Toyota Sienna with a lot of space and a roof box for large items.
Participation in gas is expected (1/4 of the gas price for the distance you'll ride with me, with an average of 25mpg )
You are welcome to join for any part if it is over 2 hours (I would prefer to avoid stopping too much).
