The Emergency Services & Military Expo is a frontline career and professional-exchange event for serving and former members of An Garda Síochána, the Defence Forces, HSE, fire and emergency services, prison service, coast guard, and related organisations. It takes place at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Athlone and brings exhibitors, panel discussions, CV and career-coaching clinics, and upskilling and transition resources into a single venue. The expo is organised by Out of the Blue Training and is notable for concentrating recruitment, training, procurement, and wellbeing supports for Ireland’s frontline personnel, and for launching the Ireland Blue Light Awards programme.
